Key process advantages include: Error-free computerized batching for precise formulation, Global-leading extrusion granulation to ensure uniform particle size and excellent palatability, Post-spray liquid enzyme application to protect enzyme activity and improve nutrient absorption. We have also adopted the Toyota lean manufacturing model, applying automotive-grade precision to feed production. To strengthen inspection and testing of raw materials and finished products, Chinwhiz has built a three-tier quality control system consisting of the Group’s central laboratory, regional laboratories, and branch laboratories. Staffed by top professional inspectors and equipped with the most advanced instruments in the industry, the laboratory provides authoritative testing of raw materials and products, with results recognized in 72 countries, including the United States, the European Union, and Japan.
