Chinwhiz Food, the food business arm of Shandong Asia-Pacific Chinwhiz Group Co., Ltd., is built around a core philosophy of healthy breeding and safe food. Guided by our vision of “Healthy Food, Happy Life”, Chinwhiz Food has developed a comprehensive quality control system to ensure food safety at every stage. From expertly formulated feed and high-quality in-house breeding stock to scientific and standardized modern farming practices, rigorous inspection procedures, and lean production standards, we ensure that our products are safe and trustworthy—from farm to table.

 

To guarantee product quality in slaughtering and processing, we have built two high-standard, professional poultry slaughtering and deep-processing bases: Shandong Zouping Asia-Pacific Chinwhiz Food Co., Ltd. and Shandong Mingji Chinwhiz Food Co., Ltd. Equipped with three automated slaughtering lines, upgraded in cooperation with international equipment leaders such as LINCO (Denmark) and TAEJIN (Korea), the facilities boast a daily processing capacity of 360,000 birds and a monthly output of 15,000 tons of premium chicken products.

 

Prioritizing food safety and meat quality, Chinwhiz Food adopts controlled-atmosphere slaughtering methods within production. Our skilled employees operate under strict 5S management practices and comply with ISO9000 and HACCP quality standards. With a robust system for disease and residue control, along with more than 500 internal management standards, we ensure strict oversight from live-bird reception to cutting, storage, and distribution.

 

Chinwhiz Food also benefits from a highly educated and experienced R&D team composed of master’s and bachelor-level food specialists. With strong expertise in product development and innovation, the team continuously refines processes, flavors, and formats to meet evolving market demands. Signature products developed by the R&D Center—including Hansen Beef-Flavor Steak, Spicy Chicken Steak, Chicken Muscle Burger, Maple Leaf Steak, Orchard Crispy Chicken, Australian-Style Skewers, and more—are widely embraced by consumers.

 

To reinforce safety in breeding and processing, we have established a dedicated Disease Control and Quality Inspection Center. The center engages American veterinarians as well as veterinary experts from leading domestic universities to provide a full range of diagnostic and testing services, including pathology, disease detection for livestock and poultry, pathogen isolation and identification, molecular diagnostics, epidemiological monitoring, and immune antibody evaluation. At the same time, we have invested heavily in a state-of-the-art Food Testing Center, staffed by experts with doctoral and master’s degrees and equipped with more than 100 advanced analytical instruments, including Triple four stage rod liquid mass spectrometer (AB4500). Covering nearly 200 testing items, the center ensures comprehensive quality control from pre-slaughter to post-processing.
